9:00am – Fancy Dress –  Rugby World Cup Nations – assemble at Arbory School for Judging

2:30pm – Procession from outside the Parish Hall, heading westwards past the Vicarage Close entrance and then into the Field opposite Arbory Primary School

2:45pm – Official Opening by Mrs Heather McKenna
Crowning of Arbory Festival Princess
Country Dancing
End of Ceremony
Exhibition tent Opens
Festival attractions
Competitions for vegetables, flowers, handicraft (Exhibition Classes)
Castletown Metropolitan Silver Band
Field Attractions such as Coconut shy
Craft shows
Bouncy castles etc
Teas, sandwiches and cakes


3:30pm – Open Junior Sports
7:00pm – Seniors – ‘Marathon’ (5.5k)
7:15pm – Auction of donated exhibits

6-30pm to 9-00pm – Arbory School and Laa Columb Killey Ceilidh with Tarroo Marroo Ceilidh Band
Admission £2 (under 18) years £3 (over 18 years)

‘Off Field’ Activities

Laa Columb Killey Golf Competition – Date TBA
The LCK golf competition between residents of Ballabeg and residents of Colby takes place at Rowany Golf Club. Organised by Jim Cringle. Contact Rowany Golf Club (834108 or www.rowanygolfclub.com) for a tee time.
