MINUTES OF SPECIAL MEETING 27TH OCTOBER 2009

A Special Meeting was held at 8.00am on Tuesday 27th October 2009 at the Halley MacLiag. Present were Mr Berry (Chairman), Mr Rae and MrCowin. The Clerk, Mr W I Lowey, was in attendance.

Parish Hall Roof Project

Mr Chris Miller of Penketh Millar attended part of the Meeting to discuss various matters relating to the Hall and cottages re-roofing.

Audited Accounts 2008/09

The final audited accounts, having been received from Moore Stephens and circulated prior to the Meeting, were considered. It was noted that there were several spelling mistakes for correction. Mr Rae proposed, Mr Cowin seconded, and it was agreed that the audited accounts be adopted and that the Chairman be authorised to sign the accounts and letter of representation provided by the auditors.
