Minutes - Special Meeting May 2011

A Special Meeting was held at 7.30pm on Monday 9th May 2011 at the Halley MacLiag. Present were Mr Berry (Chairman), Mr Rae, Mr Cringle, Mrs Edds and Mr Cowin. The Clerk, Mr W I Lowey, was in attendance.

All submissions made to the DOI Planning Departnment in connection with Arbory issues were reviewed, and it was agreed to request to speak before the Inquiry Inspector in connection with the following matters:-

Comment 120 – Heritage Homes – Site 16, field opposite Ballastrooan entrance - residential / leisure development.

Comment 205 – Hartford Homes – Land above Cronk Cullyn – inclusion as strategic housing reserve.

Comment 434 – Site 13, Ballacubbon, Colby – residential / leisure facilities development.

The Meeting ended at 8.05pm.
